Really nice occasion, a pleasant gathering of both of their family and friends enjoyed the ceremony and the delicious catered meal.
Below: My brotherSandy, Mom, and and my sister Nancy's husband Wendel Geis.
Mariah's brother Greg mad the Chuppah and Madelyn embroidered the cloth that hangs over it. Both of Chuppah and the cloth are traditonal in Ashkenazi Jewish culture.
Mariah and Nick wrote their own vows, which were quite touching. My brother John's wife Kathy noticed people were drying tears out of their eyes during the ceremony.
Kathy also remembers that on the invitations, Mariah had invited people to "her shotgun wedding", and she wore tiny shotgun earrings.
My brother John and and my oldest son Dale Jr. played some music during the reception after the ceremony.

Below: Mom and all her children. R to L standing: Joseph Franklin Hodges, William Alexander "Sandy" Hodges, Nancy Hodges, John Blackshear Hodges, and myself (the "mutton dressed as lamb") Grace Eleanor Hodges Clark. Sitting, our mom, Theodora Jane Long Hodges.
